Cheshire Limes is situated on Stubbs Lane in Northwich and will consist of 119 units with a great range of one, two, three and four bedroom family homes.

This development for Barratt Homes has a mixture of large five bedroom detached 3 storey town houses and three bedroom starter homes.

All have a traditional structure regarding the building process. All our plaster boards are British Gypsum and supplied by S.I.G.

We use 15 mm plasterboard to the ceilings and 12.5 mm plasterboards to the walls including moisture and acoustic partition roll to habitable rooms.

All garages have 200mm insulation and a 15 mm fireline plaster board. We install a 60 mm super thermal to garage walls for extra thermal qualities.

This development has Weber Monocouche through coloured render applied to the Façade on certain plots.
