This fast production project was a traditional build. We completed the flow screed within three days from start to finish which allowed works to commence the following day due to the fast curing time on the screed. The ceilings were constructed from a metal MF system also including fire stopping and sound prevention.
The internal walls were 70 mm British Gypsum stud acoustic metal system with sound block boards and acoustic insulation.
The external walls were dry lined with a 12.5 mm British Gypsum plasterboard.
The walls all received a plaster skim finish and all rooms were coved with standard British Gypsum coving. The communal and recreational areas were coved using a molded fibrous plaster cove. The external of the rear building and the gate house had a Weber monocouche render applied by machine.
