ART Plastering Systems is recruiting apprentices for our future industry
There is a high level of uncertainty in the job market at the moment; with many young people feeling concerned about their employment prospects. Art Plastering Systems are offering apprenticeships as a means of investing in the tradesmen of the future and encouraging positivity, opportunity and employment prospects to the young workforce of our future.
Apprenticeships provide an ideal opportunity for people that want to get into this industry, and also for individuals that are looking to learn a useful manual trade and gain employment at the end of the training period.
Art Plastering Systems is working with PM Training who is a leading social enterprise operating in the private and public sectors. PM delivers excellent training and employment services and their vision is to create enterprising futures for all the people, companies and communities that they work with.
PM Training have 4 training centres across Staffordshire: Stoke-on-Trent, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Stafford and Leek.
PM Training is part of Enterprising Futures, the social enterprise arm of the Aspire Group. Because they are a social enterprise their services concentrate on maximising social, economic and environmental impact. Surpluses that they make are re-invested into the existing businesses, into the creation and development of further social enterprises and into the Group charity, the Realise Foundation. This unique regeneration charity supports and provides opportunities for local people and companies through support for lifelong learning, apprenticeships and environmental improvements.
At their four well-equipped training facilities they have a 150+ strong team of qualified assessors/verifiers, team leaders and trainers who are experts in service delivery.
They work with companies like us providing direct training and by supplying high calibre trainees and apprentices.
Our joint aim is to continuously improve our service to learners, employers and communities.
